Elyse: is a young, beautiful, sexy woman who will have you eating out of the palm of her hand. She has a sultry sound, an amazing range and a smile that will melt your heart. Blending together the vocal abilities of the greatest divas throughout the ages creates the powerhouse voice of this 22-year old brunette. Born and raised in Centereach, Long Island, New York, Elyse Keenan was a singer from day one. Even though she didn’t come from a musical home, Elyse came out vocalizing everything she had inside of her. Elyse is a singer at heart and all of her soulful lyrics, improvisations and unique style come from deep inside her soul. Realizing her true talent and unique soulful and bluesy style in the sixth grade, Elyse has been a member of the Tri-M Music Masters National Honors Society, Elyse tells everyone that music is her life and dream. In 1999, Elyse was chosen to record the improvisations and be filmed in the promotional video to “Seasons Of Love” from Rent by the director and chairperson, Mr. Steve Butera of the St. John the Baptist High School Show Choir. On March 1, 2001, Elyse sang the National Anthem promoting the MetroStars Soccer Team on the Channel 11 News. Also, Elyse has rearranged and rerecorded the 1950’s song “I Believe” to a more pop/rock rendition. In the summer 2001, Elyse recorded her first original demo of her own work. Writing and producing her own work is a talent Elyse can bring to the table. Elyse is working on making her name known all over Long Island and venturing out into New York City. She also recorded with the well-known producer and arranger, Russ DeSalvo from Magnetic Force Music, a formerly for Celine Dion’s “Power of Love” album, along with producer/engineer Dug McGuirk, who engineered on JLo’s “On the 6th” album. Now managed by Frank Aiello of GQ Management, Elyse recently did a performance and interview on the NuZone Music Show on Public Access as well as perform for the WBLI sponsored “Rockin’ For Relief” concert donating all proceeds to Hurricane Katrina Relief and Habitat for Humanity, sharing the stage with acts like Sometimes Never, NINA Sky, and Last Week. Elyse is currently writing, collaborating and producing her debut album, hopefully to be out early 2006. Elyse has the star potential and appeal that can make a long-lasting career. She has the look, the charisma and a vocal ability beyond her years.
